Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges

Items purchased from the Miia With Love Online Shop (www.miiawithlove.com) can be exchanged for other items of equal or greater value in our physical Miia With Love shop, or by post to our address (Rua de S. Tiago, nº 79, r/c direito 4585 - 513 Rebordosa), in which case the postage costs involved in exchanging the item are the responsibility of the Customer/User. Items can only be exchanged when they are in perfect condition and when we have them in stock.

The deadline for exchanges will be one month from the date of confirmation of dispatch.

 

Returns

Returns are only accepted for purchases made in the Miia With Love Online Shop (www.miiawithlove.com) and under the following conditions:

• You can only return your item if it is in perfect condition and has its tags and boxes.
• You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
• The return must be made to our offices at Rua de S. Tiago, nº 79, r/c direito 4585-513 Rebordosa, Paredes. You can also call  +351 96 193 06 67 or email online@miiawithlove.com.
• You must indicate the order number on the return label. You can find this number in the emails relating to the order as well as the return that you received in your inbox (e.g. #1234);
• Product customisation;
• Product/article exchanges will be made after our services have confirmed the conditions imposed in the previous paragraphs.
• The transport costs involved in exchanging the product/item are the sole responsibility of the Customer/User.
• The Customer/User will receive the returned amount by the same payment method used for the purchase within an estimated period of 7 - 15 days, depending on their bank.
