Installation instructions and safety instructions

Unwrap:

• Remove the packaging carefully so as not to damage the bread basket and textile material. Make sure that the material does not get caught on sharp objects or rough surfaces.

Use:

• The textile bread basket is ideal for storing bread, rolls and pastries in the household.
• Make sure the product is thoroughly cleaned before first use.
• The bread basket is intended for everyday use and can also be used as a decorative accent on the table.

Cleaning and care recommendations

Wash: The bread basket should only be cleaned by hand washing. Use lukewarm water and a mild detergent to protect the fibers. Be careful not to rub or wring the material too hard to avoid deformation and damage.

Bleach: Avoid bleaching, as this could damage the textile fibers and any embellishments such as embroidery or prints.

Dry: The bread basket is not suitable for the dryer. Instead, let it air dry flat to avoid shrinkage and material damage. Direct sunlight should be avoided to prevent the colors from fading.

Iron: Iron the bread basket at a low temperature and only from the back. Use an ironing cloth or place a thin cloth in between to protect embroidery or prints from direct heat and prevent color abrasion.

Professional textile care: For heavier soiling or thorough cleaning, we recommend professional dry cleaning.

Safety

• Fire: Bread baskets made of textile are flammable. Therefore, keep the basket away from open flames, hot surfaces and candles.
• Prevention of overheating: Do not use high washing or ironing temperatures so as not to damage the fibers.
• Protection of the material: Be careful not to rub or pull the textile material too hard, especially during cleaning and maintenance, to prevent wear or fading.

Storage

• Storage: Store the bread basket in a dry and well-ventilated place to prevent moisture and mold growth. Fold it loosely or lay it flat to avoid wrinkling.
• Protection against pests: Use a breathable cloth bag or moth repellent to protect the bread basket from pests such as moths.
